Sex I.D.

Some researchers say that men can have 'women's brains' and that women can think more like men. Find out more about 'brain sex' differences by taking the Sex ID test, a series of visual challenges and questions used by psychologists.

  • Get a brain sex profile and find out if you think like a man or a woman.
  • See if you can gaze into someone's eyes and know what they're thinking.
  • Find out why scientists are interested in the length of your fingers.
  • See how your results relate to theories about brain sex.

  2. A good question and one that requires a lot of thought before you make a decision. Before you do make that decision you should to talk to as many people as possible. First start with talking to your individual science teachers. Ask students in year 12/13 what the subject is like. Talk to Miss Kenny about matching your chosen science with what you think you want to do later after IB. Chose a subject you like, all of them are not easy and in the tough times the fact that you enjoy the subject will help to pull you through. With regards to grades matching courses, just get the best you can – concentrate on that rather than the 'minimum' you need.
    Good luck!
