    I can program it on VB.Net

    This is one seriously crazy practical to do on someone. I guess it's there to see how annoying you are and how easily one is able to be tempted to press that button, I think it can be associated with the notion of wanting to pop bubble wrap, it's the never ending habit of swanting to get the satisfaction of wanting to pop them all.
    We humans are really complex organisms hehehe:)
